Sleepy Joe will wake up soon enough and repeat his previous play. The SPR will soon be drained again to keep the gas price down in the lower 48. Rince and repeat as required.

Well, to be more accurate, we are almost at the end of the SPR releases. 1.7 mm bbls of sweet crude were released last week, out of the 26 mm bbls of congressionally mandated releases. There are 3.4 mm bbls remaining to be released by the end of June. Most likely sweet as well. As the US already produces about twice as much light sweet as it can possibly refine and use, the arguement is that ...more
