IAA/Bil C-69 Ruling versus Base Mine Extension Application
Can someone clarify what impact this ruling will have on the likleyhood of Suncor getting the Base Mine Extension approved?
"The project summary table and initial project description have been submitted to the Alberta Energy Regulator and the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada, respectively. The project application and impact statement are expected to be submitted in 2025."
Thanks.

Lawsfun, looks like the Supreme Court answered your question. They (the Supremes) ruled that the Bill is uncostitutional. End of debate, there is no appeal.
