How would this play out ...
A deal between US, Saudi, Jordan and Egypt. Gaza gets cleaned out (not much left anyways), population split between Jordan and Egypt.
Israel: happy, one war front is gone, less BS in their own territory
Jordan: country is struggling financially, but has already been taking a lot of immigrants in from Palestine (wife of King is Palestinian, and apparently she wears the pants)
Egypt: ?
Hezbollah: unhappy, all Israeli defense turns to point north
Lebanon: less happy with the added attention, already in the shite
Iran: quite unhappy, less instruments and fronts to torture Israel
Saudi: happy, sticks a finger in the eye of Iran

if Gaza vacated by Palestinians as per your plan US:taxpayers are going to be on the hook for the razing and rebuild of Gaza for Israeli settlers as Biden will promise 10s of $billions for this in addition to $billions in additional weapons (already give $3.8B/year). Wonder if Haliburton will get the exclusive blank cheque rebuild contract as they did with Iraq?

Search on Jordan immigration as of late ... different story and the Jordanian are already unhappy. I think the crux of this is how do they filter out the "bad guys" during the evacuation of the zone. And maybe it is temporary. But the rebuild would be expensive and complicated. It's all about the filter.

As long as Egypt keep their border shut on palestinian migrant, Egypt is content. Egypt had let in these migrants in once before and they form a militant group within Egypt. Egypt doesn't want itself to turn into a palestine state. Hence Egypt prefer sending aids instead. .Why Egypt isn’t allowing Gaza refugees despite Israel evacuation order - The Washington Post
