Marker Selloff Continues

As we speak Dow futures are off over 3% and Nasdaq is off over 5.5.  There is lots of fear right now as indicated by the the VIX which is actually higher than it was in March 2020 when people got worried about Covid.

As I have posted in the past, I am holding cash and prefs and am waiting to pounce. The key will be if there is a market reversal today or not in terms of whether this sell off continues in terms of market timing.

Interesting day of trading in the US.... At the open there was a great deal of uncertainty as represented by a VIX over 65.  The Dow and Nasdaq moved off their lows and traded in a narrow band for most of the day and the VIX responded by dropping to the high 30s. What does this mean for tomorrow and beyond? Frankly tough to say.  At 30 plus the VIX is still high and predicts
