Pretty healthy accumulation here could be setting up for another bull flag. I find it interesting that Sigilon wasn't the anticipated catalyst we have been waiting on however it serves as a great appetizer.
Comment by elgin1 on Dec 14, 2020 1:14pm
Let's just hope management can deliver the meal after the appetizer and Sonny is not asking " where's the beef?"
Comment by Redbaron2211 on Dec 14, 2020 2:29pm
Market seems to think they will.
Comment by woundedknee on Dec 14, 2020 4:01pm
nice day and steady. gl
Comment by Sonny7 on Dec 15, 2020 1:02am
Yup. But everyday feels like a guessing game until the market show us otherwise. Until then, we bask in the warmth for what it gives us for now and wait in the anticipation of the future. I think we are going higher from here.
Comment by woundedknee on Dec 15, 2020 9:36am
I hope so  lol

A month from today Dr. Witowski gives his spiel on Sernova.  Stay tuned..I think it's going to have an effect one way or another.
Comment by woundedknee on Dec 15, 2020 11:02am
Also wondering if anyone cashed their warrants during this flurry of trading.
Comment by Sonny7 on Dec 15, 2020 11:43am
I have to believe that warrants are being exercised. It’s at a pretty attractive place to do it.  I also believe that Dr Witkowski wouldn’t put effort into generating a peer reviewed abstract and then attend a conference and speak to surgeons about non news or bad news. The trial is ongoing so no negative news there either.  It ain’t good lookin, but it’s lookin good
Comment by woundedknee on Dec 15, 2020 12:39pm
Yep..jwall's "goons" are putting on the pressure.
Comment by BioTeck on Dec 15, 2020 12:46pm
What if Wally was the goon squad himself? He just sold his position and rode off into the desert sunset.
Comment by Mika123 on Dec 15, 2020 12:54pm
Shut up BioPimmel
Comment by BioTeck on Dec 15, 2020 1:40pm
OK. lol
Comment by woundedknee on Dec 15, 2020 12:44pm
I agree, if it's warrant exercising putting a little pressure on the sp, that is good.
Comment by Sonny7 on Dec 15, 2020 1:47pm
After a significant rise in share price in a short 3 or 4 day period there are some who would call this a correction, let it catch its breath. And although some may exercise warrants with cash there are others who sell for insurance, make a cash gain and maintain their position.  It'll go again. It’s better to buy ahead of the presentation by Piotr Witkowski than after, if news is as ...more

yep. Another BS flag from the resident TA expert who ignores the fact that a flag needs to be an orderly progression on moderate to low volume with what would be a slow decline in price. The volume and share price movements have hardly been orderly. I.e. we are probably seeing some warrant movement, some investors and more than a few swing and momentum traders. Of course I am sure the resident ta ...more

Metalsguy I will draw you up another nice chart when I have some time. I'm happy with the way this is trading great consolidation so far. warrants bringing in cash nice to move through as many as we can now and tighten things up for potentially bigger moves down the road. Yours truly Redbaron the TA expert.
Comment by BioTeck on Dec 15, 2020 4:55pm
Don't forget the warrants also bring the big D.
Comment by Redbaron2211 on Dec 15, 2020 5:20pm
Bio all you ever mention is the fully diluted share count anyways so nothing changes. Would rather the cash come out now so we can use it rather then when we're bought out for the big B.
Comment by BioTeck on Dec 15, 2020 6:28pm
Dilution is a valid concern. Running out of cash is a valid concern. Piss poor management, is a valid concern. I could sit here and wave my pom-poms around like you but instead i highlight the not so great things about this company. Ignoring them doesn't make them go away. It is wise  to weigh the good and bad. I may be guilty of focussing on bad but you are guilty of the opposite. In the ...more
Comment by Redbaron2211 on Dec 15, 2020 6:44pm
I think it's good to consider both sides I share some pessimistic views but warrants bringing in cash doesn't worry me. It has alot less dilutive effect then another PP and they get counted during a buy out regardless. If your to pessimistic and sell your winners after every 25% gain you will spend your life investing.
Comment by BioTeck on Dec 15, 2020 10:04pm
Eight x 25% is 200%. There is nothing wrong with being cautious and reducing your exposure. Besides, you're counting your chicks before they have hatched. Hope for the best, expect the worst. You've been selling into the interest so don't pretend that you think I'm wrong. Let's see what the next couple trading sessions bring. On another note, what do you guys think about mRNA ...more

Bio it's just a different investment thesis. Either one has its pros and cons and it's for each investor to consider. I'm here for the 2000% not interested in investing in highly speculative big growth stocks for the gains you can easily achieve from value investing. Why put your money in the high risk game for modest returns? Maybe if you focused alittle bit more on the positives ...more

oh for Christ's sake. How can you possibly be so dim. You are either bullish or bearish, make up your mind. Let me get this straight. You think diluting the stock at .35 for how many warrants is better than diluting the stock at $1 or more a share for 1/3 or so in a PP when the company would probably have a stronger hand. I am guessing you skipped basic math as well as statistics.
Comment by Redbaron2211 on Dec 15, 2020 11:39pm
I dont know why I bother.  Metalsguy your not making any sense I have a hard time replying to nonsense.  If a PP was done at 1$ obviously almost all of the warrants I'm speaking of would be exercised so you cant have your cake and eat it.  These warrants are part of the fully diluted float nothing is going to change that apart from being below the exercise price and that's ...more

Well Red. No pun intended, I rad tea leaves and they tell me this stock will eventually trade much higher. And that is just about as solid and reliable as your TA.
Comment by Metalsguy1 on Dec 15, 2020 10:35pm
P.S. Red. Do which is it? Warrants or the BS flag.
Comment by BioTeck on Dec 14, 2020 10:14am
It appears as if RBC is stacking bids so Anon can sell into them as they build.
