Very good summary.  I would add that based on the MDA where you saw numbers around annual cash burn, these funds along with the warrant top up, provides a minimum 2 year window where there is no need to go get cash from markets or collaborators.
What does that window of time do for the company?  Ask Phillip.  What does the window do to co. finances?  Ask David.  How much science can be proven out, and what new technologies might be purchased?  ????  

Thinking we need at least two more years to prove out, tells me the licensing strategy must be seen as potentially more lucrative than what I thought a direct sale would provide shareholders in the next year.  This is a sign that the board does NOT see any competitive threats for a while at least.  And, the next fair value level is a double from here.  Doug Loe and friends certainly think so.

Look at you short-term sally's getting all hell bent you didn't make a quick million bucks overnight. Has anything changed on their pipeline and strategy? Are they still in great position with everything they lined up to get the cell pouch in the next Phase? You lunatics need to calm down and stop crying. Keep the focus on the true deliverable here.

I agree with clutchbuyer. The money involved here is chump change. I nearly have the amount of commons involved in this deal. There is more than meets the eye here, not just a quick cash grab. Insiders have not sold anything yet, if they knew a PP was coming and were as shady as people here are making them sound they would have sold some into the rally and topped up with a warrant to boot.
