I had to biatch this morning to get SVA back on track!
Sometimes you just gotta let it all out. Lol.
Seriously though, when it hurts the most is usually when the decline is at or near the end.
And IMHO, I don't think we'll see $1.36 again.

It's not like managament has not had time to prepare a news release. I'm speculating some changes are needed to be made to the fine print. Possible over allotment of shares. Would be a nicer headline. Sernova is proud to announce !!

I wouldn't get too caught up with the deal close news release. Everyone knows its going to happen so that news won't do anything to the share price. A deal or additional trial results are the only things that are going to get the SP up to the next level.

I cant help but think there is more to this closing news story. I'm not hung up on it Bio it is a simple piece of news to release as you said and everyone knows it's coming.
