Patience

Have some patience until April 27th at the very least. Do you remember this news release from Feb 3rd?

Sernova’s Collaborator to Present Cell Pouch™ Thyroid Transplant Study Results at the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons 2021 Annual Meeting

Two lines in there that you need to read again:

"...Dr. Wiseman’s abstract was selected amongst over 140 abstracts for an Oral Podium Presentation..."

and

"... a resulting journal article will be peer-reviewed for publication consideration in the journal Surgery..."

Reading over it again, there is significance that this is a collaborator presenting their findings. First, its a third party validating and vouching for SVA. Second, if these results are good, which they must be given the oral presentation and journal article, what sort of value does SVA subsequently have in this collaborators eyes? Was SVA the missing piece in whatever they have been working on ...more

Pretty sure we'll get a good run in price in anticipation of this presentation starting 1st week of April. GL

Whatever the results of the April presentation are, Phillip and friends knew all along they had three tips on their “trident” strategy: Chicago Study, Hemophilia Consortium, and thyroid study.   While the last announcement about the Chicago study was great, the timing of taking up the Leede + Canaccord offer IS debatable.  The board could have waited till after the April results to do ...more

What makes you so sure that if a PP at 1.20 hadn't been done that the share price would have kept going up? Do you think the share price would have lasted above a dollar till April if there wasn't a PP done given the amount of news SVA puts out? Maybe the PP is the only thing keeping this stock where it is (10x from a year ago)?  Not sure what kind of returns you retail heros are ...more

I bought in @ $1.99.   You are right...who would pay $2.00 after such a run up?  LOL...ME? I have my finger on the sell button right now. How long will I need to wait to get even?  Any honest opinions?
Comment by BioTeck on Mar 10, 2021 12:24pm
No one here can answer that with any kind of certainty. You could also buy the equal amount at 1.28 and  bring your average down to 1.635 (lower than warrant price). This way, you could turn a profit at 2 instead of breaking even ;)

I should have listened to you.  I would be making a small profit already today.  At least I did not sell. Glta

Rejean, don't worry about it. I bought my first shares, 2000 @ $1.20 almost 20 years ago.  Averaged down for many years and my cost is now about 20 cents. If i was in your position right now, i would be buying more at these prices, averaging down as much as i can. I anticipate April to be a good month for SVA.  GL with whatever you decide.

Thank You guys. I occasionally  buy for the  long term but often  seem to run out of patience on the way up or down. I hate watching paint dry,  being a painter in my working years!!! lol Still holding. May April come before the covid vaccine ? I might average down too once we probably hit another high instead of now at the lows!!!! And I do not need luck...I need a broker. lol ...more
