Dr. Toleikis deserves our Respect and Vote

Due to  his Scientific Wisdom  - SVA is the only Company in the World with a device
that has a patient producing insulin into the blood stream to become insulin independent.
SVA is on The Cusp of curing diabetes and perhaps many other diseases.  For this,
I am filled with gratitude.

July 27th, 2021 will be the 100th Anniversary of Drs Frederick Banting and Charles Best
re Insulin.  Hopefully, Dr Witkowski has more positive news in his presentation on
June 28th,  SVA has an opportunity to really promote  the news in Celebration of the 100th.

Thanks Steadfast agree.   Mustang Sally did you know Frank was one of the founding directors for Angiotech?  Just so happens Philip was VP R&D at Angiotech and worked there alongside Frank for a decade and is another example of a company they were involved in that disrupted an industry worth multi billions. Philip and Franks relationship goes way back and predates Ray by decades ...more

Rose Rose Rose..are you that dumb? A) as others have mentioned, the November warrants were extended to cash up. With 11 million in the bank, there was no need to rush off and scr## the investors with a bad deal. I was just looking at another speculative buy the other day. They just raised 10 million at only a slight discount to their recent trading with only 1/2 warrant per unit. Good deals come ...more

Metalsguy you obviously have no idea why the deal was made or the circumstances that caused the SP to run to 2$+ .  So let's just leave it at that.

Tell me this Red . Was is a coincidence that when sp went from 2.40 to high of 2.87 ( day Steadfast has since been having nightmares from PTSD Philip Tolekis S@@t Deal)  that Doug Loe just happens to release his price target and analyst report of $2.50 ?  The report was a rush job and in fact a conflict of interest because Leed Jones was part of the syndicate doing a bought ...more

The reasons are obvious to me.  Open your eyes, look around.  If you want a good example of the exact same deal/price movement/short interest and timing look at cyp.v.   I really cant be bothered to go into detail as this has been rehashed many times.     I have no affiliation to any side but I'm observant enough.  I feel Philip is aligned with shareholders he ...more

Many years of battling wwmanynames, Bio, med, sonny ect has pushed me into filling this contrarian role to keep the conversation going and has led to some interesting conversations but ultimately its not something I'm looking to continue.   I'm interested in the investment as I still hold a large position.  I will keep an open mind to other views but without knowing the full ...more

Red, We are all investors and want Sva to succeed, I admire your passion for the company . We all want Tolekis to succeed here . I am no way contemplating to get rid of Tolekis . He deserves some respect but at the same time , he needs help and I think it's lacking from the board level. We are all in the same boat here.   The company cannot make anu more critical errors here . Red ...more

Thanks its never easy being an investor in a growth story with NDAs and all the behind the scene action that goes on around institutions onboarding in a BD ext/.  We can speculate all we want on the motivations behind the last deal but none of us actually know what the true motivations are.  My gut feeling is it wasnt rushed and was in fact planned at least a month prior and ...more

Really rose? Planned a month before? You're telling me spillup negotiated a PP at 1.20 when the stock was trading at 45 cents? LOL! Some people are happy with good enough rose but not everyone. My guess is that Phil isn't going to be able to land a deal. The results will be out and the price will shoot up and then all the cheap PP paper will be sold and the price will come right back down. ...more

Bio I never said the price was negotiated a month before but planned and structured yes.  You would have to be a goof to think this deal happened over a few weeks.   It's actually pretty common if you take off the binoculars and look around.  Generally happens around major catalysts where it can be leveraged in a symbiotic relationship with institutions as the company ...more

Symbionic? Leed and Canaccord shorting the crud out of the stock, slamming the price. Setting up icebergs and preventing any kind of price appreciation.Kiting shares back and forth. Getting a mountain of free warrants. What is the sybionic part again? It was a cruddy deal and you know it. Flip the story any which way that lets you feel better about your investment but it was a bad deal, the worst ...more

Rose. Step away from the flowers and you can smell the rot and corruption in this deal. How could anyone have said yes to it.. The momentum on the back of stellar news was off the charts. Sure, no stock goes straight up but the momentum should have carried into strong consolidation and a rising trend line. Instead we have Dougy coming out with a 12 month price target of 2.50 on January 19th just 3 ...more

Thanks Metals!  I appreciate both your support of this science, and your willingness to call out the games that are somehow legitimized by the phrase "behind the scenes."  A year ago I asked everyone on this board to take an objective look at whether deal making that benefits legacy investors was/is evident.  Glad to see the volume of questioning around if good science ...more

Bio your smart but this one seems to be over your head. I have nothing to gain or lose trying to explain. Best of luck to those trying to put the pressure on i hope something beneficial comes of it. As Sonny would say not my circus, not my monkeys.

Sonny : " Not my monkeys , not my zoo"
Comment by Metalsguy1 on Apr 03, 2021 2:54am
Red show some respect. There is no question about how Sonny felt about management/Board. Shame on you for misquoting him and bringing his memory up in trying to justify your Rosie Disposition toward the BoD.
Comment by Redbaron2211 on Apr 03, 2021 8:31am
Must say I miss his rants. No disrespect metals it wasn't until his later days that he stopped engaging in pointless battles coining the term not my zoo not my monkeys or whatever. The ability to come to terms with a different opinion and let it be is what Im referring to obviously not his opinion of management that will never change.

Red, Holler was is charge of a fund where Matthews worked . Matthews  brought Holler over . Angiotech turned out to be a disaster after their sale and lawsuits to Boston Scientific. I surely hope you don't want the failure of Angiotech.  Tolekis was Vice President in Science side , he was not in the board room negotiating anything . Proves my point Tolekis has no business ...more

MustangSally that's respectable.  I won't argue that Ray wasn't involved in bringing over Frank but I have to look at it in the context that Frank and Philp were already well acquainted decades before. Anyways I see where this is coming from now.  To be honest I have no idea why the decisions were made but I see the bread crumbs like Canaccord acting as a bookrunner in ...more
