I am surprised one of the Director's or the lawyer did not suggest in the bot deal
a clause be inserted:
SVA to issue the share and wt certificates for compensation to Cannacord
upon receipt of Cannacord Analyst Report. (The lawyer can dress the
sentence up to ensure legality) 
No report - no shares & wts - plain and simple

March 1, 2021 Closing of Bot Deal
We are still waiting for Analyst Report. Cannacord will have "no sense of urgency"
they have received their payment, on to the next bot deal.

Philip Tolekis  is paid what almost $400,000 a year and he is naive insuppose he did not put it in term sheet requirement of 1) no shorting the stock 2) analyst report 3) list of US institutional support and buying after bought deal 4) agreed amount of organized / paid promotion .... not amateur  Dominic &  Ray Matthew emabarassing pr

Good recap and perspective everyone.  May be naive on my part but I think withholding BoD renewal when we receive the AGM docs will get us the attention needed to properly discuss these points.  And more importantly next steps.  Always time to vote them in at the AGM. also, this week may be interesting with the conference.

Let's face it. BOD's will remain the same and any retail votes will be swallowed up by the major shareholders, who by the way are robots of management. I've sat in on several of these meetings in the past and token reconition is given, but is non effective to how managemen's final agenda is achieved. Sernova will maintain the status quo, which may be slow and frustrating to some

And a small bit of advice..right now don't buy this at the opening or in the first half of the trading day. . There are nefarious goings on with this stock. But we will still surpass our yearly high//imo

Not really. But the way I see it is if Sernova keeps producing positive results this can't help but go up...way up! I try and keep positive and see no reason to change my outlook. Sure we get into some opposing discussions at times, but overall most of us are here because we believe this will make us all rich. And I have to believe a collaboration is still in the cards and I'm a bit

woundedknee you really should put down the crack pipe. Unless you know something we don't know there is nothing even remotely on the horizon that is going to break this cycle. After having watched the recent travesty of the company murdering the price and momentum, I suspect there are a lot of long term shareholders that will dump shares on any kind of surge. Cowjazz, I think you were smart taking profit .  I think a lot if the longs had faith in Philip and regret not selling above $2. ( I myself sure did.) . I don't think they will make the same mistake next time . Problem is there might be so many sellers  that the price may not appreciate much with all those free Canacorrd warrants that won't be forced until sp is at $3 .
