Is this prediction based on any specific knowledge?  Conversations I've had and also Dr. T's investor conference call from a few weeks ago seem to place a buyout at the bottom of the preferred options list.

I think we are bought out already just not announced. Why would Dr.T not care his 21 million worth of shares is now 10 million because he knows he has a deal higher then $2.87. The purchaser probably already knows we have more then one patient insulin free. Expect the SP to be pushed down prior to June to accumulate shares and scare people and be bout out prior to the presentation. I'm saying

Not sure what your source is but would be fantastic outcome.  Instant access to major leagues to move the clinical trials and commercialization forward.  Instant access to big pharma BoD and senior management.  Hopefully some of the key members of current management stay on board for smooth transition and continuity.   And since we are dreaming, transaction is share swap

It's speculation but nothing out of the realm of possibilities. Sure didn't expect Semma getting taken out like that. Big pharma is starting to positioning for RM and mergers/acquisitions will continue to pick up. Sernova sticks out as a target as the bottle neck isn't in the cell lines.
