Yes, Sedar have not yet got the 2021.  I presume they will be released shortly  as  Beneficial Ownership Determination Date -      May 14,2021 Record Date for Votes

@ good precision CJ. @The point I was trying to make is that these numbers are quite low.... symbolic in many cases. @What I understand from Salley@s comment (and with which I agree) is that it is not clear if many of the BoD members have @skin in the game@. @I.e. do they have a position large enough to ensure commitment. @Obviously Dr. T does. @
