Compensation is a rolling option plan which means that management gets percentage of options based upon the float , so float gets larger they get options percent not sure . For example if it's 10% management would get up to 30 million shares in options .
For a passive board that agreed to the poor bought deal that has kept our share price here and a compensation package that awards everybody and anybody includingbRayvMatthees the consultant IR guy and gif knows who else ......vote agisnst dsu and compensation plan .
Shile your at it vote against Hollar who has been chairman for 8 years ( Ray Matthews associate ) and who is on at least 7 other boards and as a CEO of four other companies . Does he even have time for Sva ?
Again my opinion here folks .
A little bit of a shake up at the board level will be beneficial for shareholders imo.
