Frank getting more involved shows something big is in the works, he wouldn't be increasing his involvement here unless it was "time".

I thought Phil is already close to signing, just needed a friend to give a signing bonus to? This thing is dead till next year. Tax Loss, Covid, Christmas holidays. The excuses are endless.

If it's a licensing deal they are close to signing things are about to ramp up and Frank will be needed as Sernova goes through some major growth. Be like the good old days at Angiotech. I will agree not much until next year. Feels that way pretty much across the board.
