Snooze Fest

Wake me up when something happens.

So I reached out to the TSX to see how long an average application takes for a company to get listed. After getting the run around I was connected with a gentleman who works with  new listings. 4-6 weeks is the amount of time it takes for the average company to get listed. Even less when upgrading from the venture exchange. I asked if there is a backlog of companies trying to list right now ...more

I was expecting it this week.  In the last interview it sounded like they had basically completed the process so if they were on the tail end of the 4-6 week window and it's been 2 weeks should be any day now.   From a strategic perspective it would complement a major NR and be a good way to make an entrance onto the big board rather than creeping in during a snooze fest.   ...more

sorry Red.  awfully Naieve of you/us to think it could happen anytime soon.  as Bio mentioned, these guys have been fluffin fake stuff for a long time now. if only the price would get back to my buy in...

Smallbets Bio provided some good data nothing naieve about using it even if they only started 2 weeks ago we should see it by the end of the month.

Management are useless turds. Till something happens, I continue to flip for pennies. I had some decent sized asks bought up last week, I figured we'd move but I was able to buy them back 5 cents cheaper instead. The turds can't even get a TSX listing so I fully expect the deal to be lack luster and will sell into the leak hype before the news is dropped.

They still have a couple more weeks. I was looking into another company I'm invested in on the tsxv that also confidently applied for a TSX listing and has had delays.   Similar market cap has 40mil cash enough for 2 years ext//  They were turned down because they don't have an offtake agreement in place and couldn't prove that they were at an advanced stage of development ...more

They will have no shortage of excuses. They are pros at excuses. Maybe that is where all the PR money is going, to them to generate more excuses. Heavy selling on any deal news. I got my finger on the sell button. Buy now and sell pre-agm for some small gains. Time is ticking and they will release a bunch of news before agm or else people will be voted off.

How many more weeks do they have Red?
Comment by Redbaron2211 on Mar 28, 2022 11:48pm
3 more days.  This point I question again what is the reason we haven't seen a listing.  Could it be that we haven't shown an advanced stage of development or commercialization?   Does this validation come on a licensing deal?  Given Philip saying we were well through the process of up-lising and the 4-6 week time frame you were given, it's safe to assume the ...more

You may not be, I am. It's another milestone the company has repeatedly said they're working on as a high priority item and have failed to deliver. If it takes the simplest of tasks years to complete it's no wonder why everything else is taking so long. Conformal update. Thyroid update. Pharma collaboration update. Hemo update. Deal update. Patient 7 update. Age X update. They'll ...more

To be clear a TSX uplist is not the reason I still hold shares.  Yes I would like to see it among other updates but the elephant in the room and likely reason for these delays can't be ignored.    April 28th 2022 is AGM so there is likely some clarity before then.

The problem Red, we might have a severe market crash depression with severe economic fallout over a war in Ukraine that might last years . Timing is everything , I reached out to a lawyer that deals with securities laws and he said same thing is Bio.   But I bet you will hear something before AGM which will be only announced after any deal.   Management has no credibility unless they ...more

Agree MS.  Even if they were holding off on an uplisting to go with a big NR maintaining credibility trumps any excuse. It's important to follow through on this and I will be disappointed in management if this is not completed in March.   Right now I will give them the benefit of the doubt and look forward to seeing it shortly.

Benefit of the doubt ended on Feb 28 for me.  Now contemplating next steps.  Potential of the pouch, it's applications, conformal coating and stem cells all well understood.  So selling at this point seems last resort for me.  But leading up to AGM in June, I am open to any other course of action.  Certainly not happy with business related track record.  Hope and ...more

The map of lies and half truths espoused by management and or investor relations over the last 10 years is mind boggling. A year after topping up the cash and diluting the heck out of retail investors, what REAL progress have we seen. Nada..nothing...zilch. its not a snooze fest it's a coma.

It's not fair to say Frank has done nothing. He has used his amazing stache as a push broom and swept piles of DSUs into the pockets of Management and cronies.
