I found the comments around publicity a bit disturbing. Phil said something like we have gotten comments that others are getting publicity for having (one) successful patient but not Sernova. He then said something like we will try to also get publicity. 

First it seems like Sernova lack a clear plan on communication, to whom do we want to communicate and more importantly why. Phils comments indicate that it was not a strategi decision to not get general publicity. They now awake and will try to do what others already have done. Well I hate to tell you but being first on something is what gives you general publicity, hardly anyone writes about the second one (at least general media). So if Sernova acutually wanted this publicity (indicated by Phils comments)why have they not done PR work earlier when they could have been first? I suggested like a year ago to let the first patient speak out in media, lifechanging stuff is powerful media. Well what happened was that others did exactly that and that news went viral globally. Should have been Sernova. Amateurs. Then NOW trying to achieve that when its way too late is Amateurs x2. 

All and all very badly handled and still being handled badly. Are we actually paying some professionals for this?! If so cut them loose immediatly.

Good observation.  As more experienced investors get involved with Sernova, they will have to up their game.  Institutional investors don't go for fluff... or amateur moves.  They will expect results.  They will be demanding.  This should help everyone.

I'd love to see the actual institutional ownership. My guess is that very little is held by institutions.

You are correct Bio.  But Phil and Chris have been courting them in the past few months as mentioned in AGM.  Seems institutionals are waiting for the first announcement before jumping in.  But if / when they do, PT and his team will need to sharpen their answers.

Problem is the news will come when markets are tanking and there is blood on the streets ..... then they will wonder why nobody reacted to the positive news......   timing the market and pr are not the strenghs of management . MS

Biotek it is more likely that we will all be institutionalized for buying and holding this stock long before any institution takes a bite.

I totally agree with you Eken. Now getting another pr firm? Paying Ray Matthews, Chris , Life Sciences over $35 k US a month . No recognition by anybody . All they talk about is Vertex and Viacycte.  Sva has another insulin independent patient (3 rd) and crickets . What's wrong with this picture? Why are they paying Ray Matthews for again? MS
