Man, there are a few seriously negative nellies on this board. We have three main individuals (I think you all know who they are) who continuously trash management and the BOD. They appear to be long term investors. So what gives? Thanks for the info MS and Sailboat. I can understand frustration but cannot condone abusive posts. I always get rankled by bullies. Certainly Sernova has a bloated share structure brought on by management. That really irritates me as does their over-promising and under-delivering. But still I have at times overweighted this stock during the time I have been in it because of the potential. But

We all have our investment styles and strategies. back to the issues at hand: -buyer paid $1.57.  Sernova management unable to sustain that level -many of us have been "misled" by management -I don't many short term catalysts left.  So I guess patience is in order.  Perhaps the second tranche of Evotec purchase in August will create some momentum -I also see
