Sell in May and go away

"Sell in May and go away" is an old adage referring to the historically weaker performance of stocks from May to October compared to the other half of the year. May seems to start earlier every year. And with the markets tanking, I think this summer will be especially ugly. In absence of any concrete news, which is usually few and far between with Sernova, and the warrant overhang, I see the stock drifting relentlessly downward. I think we need to hope that Evotec moves towards activism in influencing management and the bod to action by lighting a fire under their a$$es.

Hey Bio, The Google search interest appears to simply follow the stock price chart. As such it is not a leading indicator as far as I can see. I would appreciate your thoughts on a couple of questions I asked awhile back. Is there anything stopping the company from entering a partnership arangement with a company other than Evotec with regards to T1D? Or for Thyroid or Hemophilia A for that

I'm pretty sure T1D is locked to Evotec but not 100 percent sure. Even of it isn't it would be very difficult to get something else going in parallel with our limited resources. Both staff and $. Only thing thyroid that I know off is an application to get it in the clinic but not expecting anything till late this year or early next. Likely mid next year given the speed at which management

Thanks for your input, Bio. The question has been bugging me since they must still have other companies evaluating their technology under nda's. If so, what sort of deals are they now limited to? I will pop off an email to Chris Barnes and see what I get.
