It's been a year since insiders last bought shares

And finally yesterday we had some inside buying.

Nothing crazy, 145K shares, but still, any time insiders buy shares it's seen as a positve.

What's not a positive sign is that yesterday's buy is the only buy of the year so far. I mean if the rest of the insiders aren't buying at 30 cents, how low do the shares have to go for them to buy??
