POSITIVE SVA NR

SVA is raising just enough funds to buy us some time for CEO J.R. to work his contacts and get us sold to the highest bidder.

IMO, it's not IF we get sold, it's When.

and the buyer will get it for a bargain basement price.

I disagree. A bargain price would be here at 20-25 cents. I highly doubt the buying company would pay 20 or 25 cents.  GL

Did not mean the company would be offering .20 to .25 as I certainly would not be selling my shares at that price.   What I meant was they could make a low offer as they know many shares were bought below a dollar.   If you owned shares bought at .25 and the offer was a dollar.   Would you vote to sell?

A dollar is 4 times today's PP price!  If the offer was $1, I'd for sure vote to sell and I'd insist to hurry up before the buyer changes his mind.

I might wait to see if there is another offer.   Am sure at that low price there would be.

Told you it would go down to .20s and they would do a financing and then the games will begin again. I bought today.
