Share increase approved. Now: a Shareholder Rights Offering

Ok, Barry, you got your share increase approval.  Now!   If you are serious about offering those new Shares to people who actually care, you will come to us, the existing Shareholders, with a Shareholder Rights Offering that allows us, the existing Shareholders, to be the Company's bankers and not a bunch of Private Placement Vultures who only want to short the Company stock so they can get rich on the Warrants.

Completely agree, the current shareholders should see a preferential right for the capital increase!
