Since you think the future would be the Beskauga project, how could its value be assessed especially on the basis of the latest 43-101 (res. Ind. Of 2.3 million ounces of gold, 476,100 tonnes of copper and 7.25 million ounces of silver)? Honestly, we probably won't know the true value of Beskauga until SVBL performs their own, initial NI 43-101 report on it. The small payout from the remaining 30% of Sierra Mojada, gives us a floor, the only question is how high will the ceiling be on Beskauga?  The Bull is akin to a lottery ticket - don't go crazy on it, but it could pay off big if we're lucky.
