If those behind the SierraMojadaResources Inc. wish to remove SVBL Resources management and the BoD, there is ONE SIMPLE solution to do so:  simply acquire 50.1% of the outstanding shares of the company and VOTE out current management and the BoD.  This is not rocket science here folks!!!

Well,, they better do it, because if you are dreaming about a legal award… dream on. This Resolution pulverizes any reason of the lawsuit, and proves who is the source of the problem and how to solve it.

Sorry, but it sounds like extortion to me, hence why we are in the middle of a lawsuit.  A band of disparate natives blockades a development project and demands compensation which is not due them is the cause of the problem.
