CONIFEX ANNOUNCES $9.0 MILLION SUBSTANTIAL ISSUER BID

Conifex Timber Inc.'s board of directors has approved a substantial issuer bid pursuant to which the company will offer to purchase from shareholders for cancellation up to 4.0 million of its outstanding common shares at a price of $2.25 per share for a total of $9.0-million. The purchase price represents a 28-per-cent premium over the closing price of the shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Nov. 8, 2021.
