Based on their website this is much more than a packaging co. Certainly a very impressive site and the metrics look very interesting. Accretion should not be difficult to attain but integration is always a risk.

Yes, but it's hard to say from the website just how much each business line contributes to overall revenue. Note that they were on a list of fastest growing companies in 2019.  I expect, given they are located so close to SXP, that they are very familiar with the company and integration will be relatively easy. On the Q3 conference call, they provided more colour on the recent Royal ...more

You are correct Hermann. Patience, patience, patience. The market likes the aquisition so far and the share will take care of themselves. Don't need any analyst for that. Good job for those who did not sell the covid crash and the suspension of the dividend. I contrarily bought more but I am an investor, not a trader. Would like to see a increase in the dividend but not likely to happen with ...more
