With Cause?

SXP has responded to an email query regarding whether the former CFO is entitled to her severance as described in the 2021 Management Circular. It’s answer indicates “that she definitely is not”.

That would suggest that she was dismissed with cause which would void her entitlement as described. It would appear that she violated some term/s of her employment with SXP. Please do not misinterpret this, as further details were not provided.

Thank you for the update, the only other info I could find was Market Watch stating she had resigned It's also good to see Steven Perreault stepping in. A good history in finance and time at Supremex is a good fit for the interim.

Was she taking home envelopes for personal use? Haha The auditors signed off on the financial statements, so there can't be any material improprieties here.
