Departure of CFO

Very few info on what was brewing in.

Possibly a personal conflict or a human relation dispute on the pay being asked for by the CFO to continue to serve? Who knows!

Just guessing but.Maybe it has something to do with the due diligence of our e of the latest acquisitions. Market always hates a unplanned CFO departure

Yeah, may be, but the end of this story is that SXP Management did not consider this as requiring any more details to be part of public divulgation under existing Regulations. So... DYODD.

yes and that is what is causing the uncertainty. Maybe a little explanation would go a long way.

The CEO has been with the company for 33 years. The head of envelope for 25 years. In that time they have done about 20 acquisitions. I can't believe this CFO, only there a year, had any big role in the latest acquisitions. When a stock is down, people start to make up all kinds of things to worry about.
