Why sell?

Can anyone explain why so many shares have traded hands over the last few weeks, you would think that so close to the ex-dividend date people would be hanging on to their shares?

Dividend is .035. It is dropping so much that holders are not thinking of dividend. It will rebound it is a great deal at these prices!

Undeniable, if they are not thinking of the dividend and it's a great deal now, shouldn't it be an even better deal after the ex-dividend date when many holders re-think whether or not they should keep SXP in their portfolio's? I think that I may wait a few more weeks before adding to my position? Small dividend or not, I appreciate getting paid while waiting until others see the value ...more

True enough, this will pop on news of cfo replacement , although I can't understand why her leaving originally affected the stock so much. I did not see much more downside but who really knows?

Imo, the stock price went up too quickly and there needs to be some consolidation before the next leg up.
