pp for 3000 test a day

i can't barely understand whats happening since we do this pp last july and was preceded by rs. that time the target is 1000 test a day....THE BIG QUESTION IS DO WE HIT ALREADY THAT 1000 TARGET? AND IF WE HIT IT WHY THE MANAGEMENT DIDN'T GIVE AN UPDATE? It make no sense to me to run again a PP for 3000 test  a day ......considering we didn't know if that 1000 test a day is has been hit already. Or is it safe to assume it was achieved already...but we need black and white for us to see. management need transparency to all not only to clarus and echelon. clarus and echelon is not only the investor of this company....

or do the Investor need to get in first to get a cheap price before they reveal the info that will propel this company to $5 sp. i hope so that is their strategy. patience patience patience ......we need more of it.

Regardless of what the long investors here will tell you this quarter 3 is make-or-break for this company. Not literally but practically for me. If they can't show real solid revenue and really be transparent about what's going on based on hard facts and results and personally I am likely out I'll give it to the end of 2020 to decide.

The good news is that something rather than nothing is likely actually happening and investors are still funding this company in the p p. Like I said quarter 3 should give you all the information you need for the next five years of this company based on its Financial results and any news releases

From the outside looking in 1. PP 2. RS 3. yet another PP and all close together doesnt look good in my opinion. But having seen why they have done it, I guess it makes sense depending on if they have something on the go with aristotle. PPs are never popular and particularly two so close together as it is dilution at its finest and it DOES impact sp health as we own less and less of each share.  However, I believe something like $4.9 mill is earmarked for the commercialization of Aristotle and that is pretty much the second PP. Colon sentry had no such marketing campaign and was unsuccessful - I believe they have learned

I'm with you on the revenue prediction. I'm calling sub 2 mill but that's still decently impressive obviously. But the only thing we can do is wait for Q3. That's why its make or break time. I've been in this company for 3+ years... I knew what I was getting into but we all have to make personal decisions on what we see long term with our investments.

I dont know why they always put in one of the reasonings for the PP is to pay all the salaries for the next year of the people they want to hire. Anyone who told you the RS would stock manipulation doesnt know anything about stocks. In theory it helps a little re volume of available shares but every stock is manipulated/shorted to some degree and is being fresh if a RS with no news, just anticipation was a recipe for a dip this low. Add in the pp and we may drop lower pre Nov15th yet. I feel your frustration trust me. I guess we have to

Im not really that worried yet.  I mean yes you always have to wonder but they cannot be lying about this stuff and the amount of hiring they are doing and taking over more of the lab.  All good signs. All you can do is trust what they say...unfortunately thats when so many previous over exaggerations come back to bite you in the a**. I still have faith though....lets go sizzles! Hope this will be our time to shine!

We had $1 million six weeks in to the quarter so the second six weeks surely garnered at least another million for a minimum of $2 million +.  You're right though - we need to see it in black and white and will then know that Q4 will be double minimum from that. The Aristotle carrot is the big wildcard here as cancer detection ramps up - I for one want to see that the Gene Expression

CBG I totally respect your take....i just dont even know if i fully believe TRIPS 1 million in revenue fully. There will be a caveat to it if I had to guess...likely not all collected etc. So I'm skeptical but hopeful
