What does the news release actually mean? I looked and saw up 0.08, checked my email for a news release and saw nothing until 4:30ish. can anyone give a good explanation of it please?

Would suggest the offering is now closed. Tripp mentioned it would close by end of month. Expecting an announcement on Monday with an upcoming conference call early in the week. Lets Go!!!

So just to confirm current status of the offering, to the best of my knowledge. The offering is closed we expect news on the details of the closing (%subscribed) in addition to the date of the conference call in the immediate future. Then on or about December 4th the recently issued shares will come live on the market and outstanding shares will increase.

So there will be 2 different warrants you can buy once this is complete SZLS.WT and SZLS.WS.. is this due to there being 2 different strike prices ? Could be a good way to play this
