StageZero" or the "Company") announces that it has today been issued a receipt by the Ontario Securities Commission in respect of its final prospectus dated November 26, 2020.

It means the company has closed the private overnight offering with proceeds between $5-12 million.  The minimum being $5 million the maximum being $10 million and the option for the institutional sellers to oversubscribe another 15%. This will be in addition to the nearly $2 million in cash the company had at the end of Sept. Thats a lot of dough to ramp up the lab and hire additional
