Close of 2nd Offering should be announced soon

With the 1st offering the appointments of agents was done:

1) June 22 filing of agent on SEDAR
2) June 23 news of filing with OSC
3) June 29 news of closed offering
4) July 2 corporate update (July 1 holiday)

If we follow the same pattern for the 2nd offering:

1) Nov 26 filing of agent on SEDAR
2) Nov 27 news of filing with OSC
3) Dec 3 should be news of closing
4) Dec 4 or 7 should be corporate update
