Echelon sold $75,000 of shares, to buy $19,000 of warrants... Meaning they can see a much higher return warrants compared to shares?

  I can't say for them but for myself, I re-equilibrate my portofolio when a stock moves up creating a new ratio per stock. So I reajust the portofolio to avoid having too much exposure for a single stock. Selling and buying many different type of stock or other financial investment like warrants creates diversity and also gives you liquidity for quick support in case of pullback.
