Help me understand

Okay I've been invested in szls pre consolidation and then grabbed some more after and I have been reading this board the whole time. There are at least some people with knowledge of the stock market here. If any of this news was released by any other company then so would have went up. For example any news from air Canada sends their sp up. Layoffs goes up, re hire goes up, air transat deal goes up, deal falls through goes up again. So I need to understand how with a negative pe ratio and a product that could save alot of lives being released tanked this stock? Also millions in volume for the last 3 trading days?

So not hard to figure out. They implied they were going to do something a lot larger and they decided to roll out through a company with 3k patients. And decided to over pay for that same company!

Yes but that doesn't really answer anything, then the increase would not be as much as we anticipated. And I understand the dilution to acquire the company but what their revenue doesn't count? Just the cost to purchase the company is what matters? And still doesn't explain the price to earnings ratio being negative?
