Screenshot their posts. They are morally and legally accountable.
That headline about CiBC and TD was designed to mislead, and every basher re-posted it without argument or disclaimer to create the illusion of its veracity.
That is fraud, and it is serious.

It is serious and an 8th grader could prove who was responsible for court purposes. I'm sure these guys collectively have $10s of thousands in the bank (ha ha) to pay settlements not to mention the legal fees. Dig a hole boys and jump in!!!

The courts disagree with you. Bashing has an affect that takes money out of investors' pockets, or they wouldn't do it. Victim-blaming doesn't work in Law.
