how much more pathetic does this need to be before anyone tries to do something about it.

Only thing that can stop this decent and start us back on the path is new leadership. Its clear the market has lost all faith in this current management.

The board needs to step in.

I'll bet with a name like Mickey that lots of things are mind boggling for you - grab some children's books and start reading - broadening you horizons to the bigger things in the world is never a bad option.
