What is the exercise price of the trading warrants available to anyone to buy.And how many required to buy one share of SZLS.

why would anyone pay 40 cents for warrants and 72 cents for share exercise for a total of $1.12 a share when you can buy share in market fo .70 cents...Or do i not understand???
