Loss of $2.5 million a month or $7.3 a quarter! Terrible!

Seems like you are terrible at understanding accounting. The results are fine, covid testing is a nice side business that seems to cover their operating costs. They need to close the clinic acquisition and start showing progress with cancer testing.

The way things are going there's gonna be more financing to come.. Glad I hit the sell button above a dollar. Balance sheets and net loss is pretty brutal. No where near cash flow positive but I guess thats expected when launching Aristotle and such. I know it's crazy to say but I could see this being sub 50 cents... It will bounce back but I don't think quite yet.

Cash, beginning of period $6,597,187 Cash, end of period $6,443,401 Net decrease in cash during the period ($153,786) Maybe you need to rethink what cashflow positive means. And still with $7 million in the bank. So no, they do not need financing. Any additional financing would be for another acquistion not for operations.
