12.5M shares voted out of 63M and James got 7M. According to the NR approximately 1.3% of shareholders opposed the motions or 820k. Next year Care has their 15M shares and guess who they will be voting for? As for the RS the way I read the TSX rules a shareholder vote is a courtesy not a requirement. It was probably withdrawn so the company can do it with just TSX approval.  7. Security

Interesting number from the voting results "Approximately 1.3% of shareholders opposed the motions."  which would mean 98.7% of SHAREHOLDERS who actually voted did vote in favour of the motions. so that would seem to indicate that the 1.3% were a very small group of large shareholders now who could that be? SZLS hasn't filed the results on sedar yet. There could be more
