AGM results

now on Sedar but it looks the same as the original NR which we have already seen. So no new insight there. I would say the BOD's likely has a good idea of who voted the way they did and why. Will it change how the company plans to market Aristotle? Probably not. Is the BOD's worried? Probably not. They know Care will have 15m shares next year to vote with and some Care management staff will be on the board by then. Care shares in the responsibility to market Aristotle so unlikely to vote against any motion. I way I see it anyway.
