EXAS might be getting married

06:09 AM EDT, 08/09/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Exact Sciences (EXAS) has approached genetic testing company Invitae (NVTA) about a potential combination, Bloomberg News reported, citing unnamed individuals with knowledge of the matter.

The companies are not engaged in active dialogue. Should both parties arrive at an agreement, it would likely be a low-premium, all-stock merger, sources told the news organization, adding that there could be no guarantee that negotiations would produce a deal.

Representatives for Exact Sciences and Invitae declined to comment on the report, Bloomberg News said.

I think we need to nominate someone to call James on Tuesday's CC and remind him that EXAS may be getting married soon and he should send them something really nice in a plain brown box. Special delivery of course and very fresh. Its just the right thing to do.

your last helpful reply to this same post insinutated that EXAS and the company they are talking to are "trying to be" Aristotle and had a meme with a statue of aristotle and another one. Funny thing is those memes are deleted now. So they are "trying to be" aristotle but they just wont buy aristotle eh.
