About your post to scare members who saying facts and truth. You have to be careful because the majority just repeat some old statements from JHT (Breakeven, 3000 tests/months, UPMC, firefighters, Large healtcare, Nasdaq, 30 millions revenue by year end, Oncore deal, Covid: 1000 tests, 100,000 patients for Aristotle...). JHT may be the one who can be sued for MISLEADING by some big players.

About Theralase lawsuit, the defamatory comments was about false allegation of fraud, misogynistic, sexual posts and personnal attacks. So, I never seen this kind of posts or comments here. The only allegation, from one and others, are about false statements (recorded on CC) and a big lack of communication and marketing/sales.

One of my lawyer friends, say that there is much more criminal prosecution cases from members against members (here, CEO, Yahoo, RobinHood, Reddit, Facebook...) who have been personally attack, defamed or allegation of "I know where you live" as I see here each week since years always from the same members.
