The amount matters for sure. It's a simple and basic stock market fact.

For the other yellow sentence, in 16 years of trading I seen many companies who had made big insiders buy few weeks or months before BK. This $9k doesn't bring or proove anything. Before I sell, I had more shares than JHT

It's the equivilant of someone making 50K per year putting in 900$ to a stock. You would think if Tripp really thought the SP would rise soon he would put more money in. Even if the sp doubles it is only a 9k profit for him which is nothing for him. It's makes more sense he only put 9k in there so that he cannot loose too much money. This is more logical. Yes and its the equivalent of someone making $25K and buying $450 worth.  Lets face it Cigo - if he had bought $30K worth you would be saying the same thing. If he bouight $300K worth you would be saying he was trying to influence others to buy.  In other words it wouldn't matter what he bought as in your world it would all be negative..............

Actually it does matter. If Tripp bought 300K it would be a huge signal the SP would likely be turning around soon. 9k matters. It's not a confident number at all. Thats the truth.

Tripp would not buy $300K in one chunk.  Theat would send the prices higher instantly and possible start a run on things.  That would be him manipulating the SP just as the shorter gang has done here and with like Gamestop. The best case scenario would be just constant buying.  I dont understand why a ceo wouldnt just continue to buy shares throughout the year.  Every month ...more
