Can anyone tell what the milestones are, I'm sure they aren't related to trade secrets, why is everything so confidential? Makes no sense.

Also why bother putting this to a shareholder vote? If there share price is lower that $2 who's gonna vote to give them 16M cash? Except maybe HC themselves lol
