If you wanted to accumulate milions of shares without driving the price up this is exactly how you would do it.   And since they aren't pushing the price its clear they aren't done yet. So the question is why does Fidelity want to hold millions of shares of Stagezero?  What's their target 4, 5 million shares or more?
