That's nice to extend warrants expiry date to January 31, 2023! So SZLS believes the shareprice will go up so they can have more cash from warrants being convert to shares. They extended for just less than a year so that's good! Can't wait to see next financial data :-) Have a great weekend

I don't play in the warrant market for a reason, they expire. That is what they are supposed to do. They are given for free as enticement of the offering. Let the share price grow then offer another placement above and gain your cash that way. Haven't some of these already been extended.

As for people who will say James seems to see value coming in the next 12months, isn't that what they thought when they issue them with an expiry date?

@brad129 Don't forget that the company does't control the shareprice as it's the market who decide which way it goes. The company is saying for actual investor and mostly to futur investors: "Don't worry about the expiry date, if it make's sense to us we will extend it so the investor gets the maximum for their money" Always...Always see the shareprice as a direct ...more

Also if you look at the shareprice vs the warrants........it's more cheaper to buy the stock than the warrants. Then again, warrant can go beserk and increase just because people wants them...not because it's cheap but because the investor wants them more than the seller wants them sold....That's the market, you never know what going to happen...otherwise it would be too easy lol

The warrants that are being extended are some of those that are expiring in 2022.  These are not the tradeable  szls.wt or szls.ws warrants.  Those don't expire until June 2023 and Dec 2023 respectively. This is a good sign.  No risk and when the share price increases above the warrant price the warrants will be purchased adding cash to the coffers.  A better way than ...more

MarketMoney, That last comment wasn't aimed at your comment, I believe they extended the warrants once already and I remember reading comments like that before. I understand why they extend them and why they have an expiry date.  you are correct share price is determined by supply and demand. That is where our CEO fails shareholders, we were over the exercise price of all the ...more

@brad129 oh sorry, I often read fast and since english isn't my first language, I tend to make mistakes while replying, oupsy daisy yes it's not easy to watch a stock shareprice going the opposite way you plan for. The CEO could improve the investor relation by hiring another employee that would keep more informed the investors for example. What would really reassure the ...more

Pretty straight forward here , the company has underperformed, thats why the extension , insiders don't have confidence that they will get Aristotle out to market , not yet anyways.
Comment by LithLover on Feb 04, 2022 10:49am
Can't disagree with that but I would say its the marketing of Aristotle that they need to work on.  They had a great CTV interview and announced the GTA roll out and than went to sleep.  There is a thing called momentum.  Yes you have to build up your infrastructure (new hires) but you continue with the roll outs and news releases whilst marketing the heck out of your new ...more

I agree, but we don't really know if and how many tests are being performed and really how much they can perform , is the real question if you ask me.
