Always a positive NR prior to the negative one. Rinse and repeat. The company cant keep auditors or CFOs why would that be? Maybe the CFO took advantage of the employees market and received a better offer.

I also questioned his "resignation" earlier. If he had been pointed to the door he would have been told to clear his desk and leave today. Why would you keep a lame duck CFO around?

why would they send him packing and not Tripp or anyone else ever before? Look at all the late reportings of the past.  The botched news releases.  The changing of auditors, accounting issues they always have for such a tiny company. What actually killed the SP of this company was that they waited until the last possible second like they always do to release that BS Care news rather

I did make the comment when they had the investor PR video posted, I did figure the guy wasnt right for the company. He wasnt engaged and looked bored to tears. Might have made the comments in private messages. Anyone who paid attention could see this.

I called it on that "interview" they paid to have when he was busy looking for other jobs and while Rebecca just sat there stunned. So they push out some typical worthless news about their new "partner" yet provide zero info on the company only to then hit investors with "CFO leaving cause he knows we are screwed and wants out news" And they will follow this up with
