Below is the text of a framed document prominently displayed in the Royal Canadian Armoured Corps (RCAC) Officers Mess at Camp Meaford Ontario.  Camp Meaford was a main battle tank gunnery range, an artillery range, and an infantry heavy weapons range from WWII until 1969.

I distinguish four types of officers. There are clever, hardworking, stupid, and lazy officers. Usually, two characteristics are combined.

• clever and hardworking - General Staff

• clever and lazy - highest leadership  

• stupid and lazy - routine duties

• stupid and hardworking - not be entrusted with any responsibility

The last category would perfectly describe:
GOJOTV1, JOHNYBOY85, and TYLERDUDE. They have probably put in hundreds of hours doing DD (i.e. deflection and delusion) with no clue about how clueless they really are.  They are to be kept under close observation at all times. There are a few others who are close to having this dubious distinction but they have not completed all the course requirements. I will keep an eye out for new candidates.
