People aren't given the fact that financing hasn't happened yet true value. You have to be either breaking even or close to it, to not have to put out a financing at these prices is huge.

looking at history you should always prepare for the worst with this company. Again why would Matt leave or why would Matt had been fires if they were actually doing well in any regard. now that "management" has the votes stacked in their favour their give a $hit factor will be at an all time low.  They dont need your vote.

you are probably right, I should be on the bid, I am not. I have enough more than my fair share. we have always been able to predict when financing was going to be required, this time we were all wrong, how can that be? Just an observation, and I'm not telling anyone to buy. Sell for all I care I will ride this either way but my gut is telling me we should see some positive in the near
