wow taking down excercise prices from as high as $1.528 down to 6 cents. thats a great sign! NOT I would love to know why Rory continues to dump money into the company when no one else including the ceo will add a dime of their own money. its like they had no clue warrants were about to expire and now they do this so they dont have to try and remember about 2024 at all. I guess dont expect ...more

Giving the financiers with warrants 20 some days to exercise warrants rather than have them expire.  Gives the company $500k instead of going to GEM and gets the fianciers to hold more shares if they want.

You do realize he has $25 million with GEM for anytime he wants.  If he needed an ATM its there.  Nice try.  He needs a VP sales and to ramp up marketing.

why not just extend the warrants like they have been doing? The shareprice I guess might get back up to $0.065 a share for the exercise price.  How many warrants do you need to them buy one $0.065 share?  When that happens will they hold them or dump them? I thought it was 8 for 1 when I bought them.  If thats the case I have 1,397,500 warrants so I need to come up with another ...more

In any case this is the Stage0 shareholder being hosed again. What a useless guesture on Stage's part. Let's say you had bought warrants at $0.005, times 8 warrants would be $0.04 per share purchase, add $0.065 per share for a grand total of $0.105 per share. So I could buy a stock currently listed at $0.055 for $0.105.Brilliant Sherlocke! It would take some wild ride in the next few ...more

yikes yeah when you put it that way it sucks even more than I thought. also knowning that I paid way more than $0.005 each for them really makes me feel like a pile of vomit.
